Disable Junk Mail folder

I’m experiencing persistent issues with Outlook’s junk mail filtering. Despite having all my settings configured correctly and consulting with the Microsoft Support Team, I am still missing crucial emails, opportunities, and appointments that are incorrectly being filtered into the Junk Mail folder. This has even led to significant financial losses.

I have followed the guidance provided in the Microsoft Support article, but the problem remains unresolved.

Could you please advise on how to completely disable the Junk Mail folder entirely?

    Hi @Tania D ,

Unfortunately, Outlook.com doesn't have an option to disable junk email filtering. Given this case, it ie recommended that you mark email in the junk folder as "Not junk" so Outlook.com learns not to label emails as junk. You can do so by following these steps:

    1. Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep.
    2. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the It's not junk link at the top.

Besides, many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can make suggestions on the dedicated feedback portaland Microsoft team will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
