So i am making a outlook account for my business and I am trying to get into the email but it says I need to read the organizations email but I don’t use outlook that much i use gmail and there ways no option to connect my gmail so I can’t get in to my account please help

What's the specific meaning of "I need to read the organizations email"?
Are you having trouble registering a new account or configuring an existing account? If it's an existing accout, what's the type of your account(POP, IMAP or Exchange)? Could you log in it on your web mail normally?
And what's the version of your Outlook client(File>Office account>About Outlook)?
