Web Client's About page and Feedback link are not correct

I use the web version of Virtual Desktop since, unfortunately, there seem to be no other proper free clients for Linux. According to this documentation (at the very bottom):

> you can get help with the web client by emailing the address on the web client's About page

However, on my About page there is no such an address:
45240-99518575-cc5c3300-29a1-11eb-95d9-6af9cbb397ce.png

I suspect that the phrase 'Enable telemetry to create a support ID' might have something to do with the issue, though I haven't found any information as to how to enable it, and whether the feature is really to blame for the trouble.

On top of that, the Feedback link in the same menu leads to a non-working address: well, for some reason it does not work in my country - Russia (in both Edge 86.0.622.69 and Chrome 86.0.4240.111) - but people from some other parts of the world could open the link successfully.

So, my questions are:

  1. Where is the support email address, promised to be on the About page of the Web Client? If I'm supposed to turn on the support, then what are the steps?
  2. Why does the Feedback link work only in some countries?
