Is there any update after checking following link which guided on Microsoft Store Apps fail to start if default registry or file permissions modified?

Please also share more details like the OS version and the phenomenon of the problem? It will be appreciated if any screenshots or error message could be provided more than event log.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
