Why a list in SPO may not accept any update or deletion from any user?

Our team is rather new to SharePoint. We are using Office 365 SharePoint Online. I am not sharepoint administrator and cannot use powershell or any alike app. I need help as I am a user with "Full Control" site permission. I built a list for sales and after the team started work and all of a sudden 2 weeks ago the list does not accept any add or update to items. The delete List option also disappeared. I tried all available solutions in forums but no way. Any help?

    Whether all items in the list cannot be added or updated?

    Try to click “Delete the list” circled in the following picture.
