windows 10 license using university email

Hello
i am having a problem activating windows 10 using my university email. i reinstalled windows 10 and after waiting and signing in using my university email to get the license, it keeps showing ( activation license is ending soon).
what can i do? i want to activate it using my university email to get the license. also they do not provide a product key we activate it by using the uni email.

Make sure you get Windows 10 Education through your school’s online store.

Or we could search for your school to see if you're eligible with the link bleow.

As I know, if you graduated from school, your activation will be de-activate and need to pay for Windows again.

If you did correct actions but failed to activate your Windows 10 Education device, try to get contact from the University Computer department which is the Enterprise manager.
