Error when connecting to a second database in the same server IP using Azure Integration runtime

I have 2 database in the same Server, and they both have different logins. I can connect to 1 of them through Azure Integration Runtime without any issues, but when I try to create a new linked server for the second database I get an error that my password is invalid. I verify that my credentials are correct by loging from dbeaver to the second database using the same credentials and I was successfully connected to the database. What could be the issue?

Thank for the ask and using the forum .
I did tried to repro the issue but i was not ablw to repro the same . I think i will try is make a note a of the DB for which the linked service creation is failing . Then I will create a new pipeline and try to create the LS again .Please do let us know how its goes .
