Backup Ubuntu Server VM on Hyper-V through MABS

Question

Hey guys,

I'd like to know how can I configure MABS to backup one Ubuntu Server running as guest on a Hyper-V host.

I've searched for it on MABS official docs but only found it's possible backing up Linux VMs on Hyper-V with file-consistent but not how to do it.

I appreciate if anyone can clarify this.

I think in the support matrix we clearly say that it should be guest VM running on Hyper-v or VMware. And we have documentation on how to protect VMS on Hyper-V or VMware.

To make it even more easy probably we can add link for Hyper-V and VMware protection article like shown below.
