I Recall a feature

Hello I have a question and my question is where can I find the program that is hidden within windows 10 it captures the steps for features that have been used with instructions in text or the screen capture I recall using it in the past but can't remember how to find it any longer has it been removed ?

    You can either open Win + G and click on Start Recording button

    or,

    just press Win + Alt + R keys together

    Open File Explorer from the taskbar.

    Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.

    Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.
