Problems to microsoft teams

Question

I cannot access microsoft teams on the pc the pass and the account are correct also because I can access from the mobile phone but from the pc instead it tells me an error and does not let me in it says that I am not registered but not like this

Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before this issue happened?

Does anybody else have the same issue?

Do you try to login other machines?

Except the troubleshooting article provided by Udara, you could also confirm with your IT admin if he builds some Conditional Access Policies to limit to use desktop client. For more information about Conditional Access, you can refer to this article.

If you are trying to login through Teams through web browser, try to login through another browser or resetting the browser.
