Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with three users where their Azure virtual desktop (AVDs) freeze or shut down unexpectedly. Despite checking their connections, resetting user data, and reinstalling the remote desktop app, the issue persists.

Does anyone have any advice for resolving this issue?

Thank you.
