Data Entry Forms in SSRS 2019

Question

I am working to develop few reports in SSRS 2019 and I use SQL SERVER 2019. I have a new request to create a data entry form and I am curious will it be possible to create one using SSRS/Report Builder ? Can I use lists to develop this ? I am attaching a sample template how a form should like. The intension is here, the end the user fills the data in the form and should have the option to save the data and also print it.

If SSRS cannot be used in this case, can power BI tool be more effective for this ? Thanks

The reports created in SSRS are not what you see is what you get(Table or Martrix). For what you said to fill in the data and print the report, you can edit it by exporting the report in the corresponding format in the report manager.
PowerBI has more bright spots than SSRS. Power BI has expanded its management in the fields of information network, data conversion, data preparation, information presentation, announcements and dashboards. It can utilize and present intuitive PBIX and scientific XLSX reports that SSRS cannot achieve. You can try to report your issue on the PowerBI forum.
