Cannot change Azure Tenant name

I need to change the name of the Azure Developer Tenant, however when I try to change anything on the Entra ID Overview page, it won't save - the Save button is grayed out.
So I can't even delete this Tenant because I can't elevate my permissions on this page.
Does anyone know what to do with it?

To better understand the issue, could you provide more details? Do you have global administrator account permissions for the tenant? If possible, please share a screenshot of your tenant properties page in Entra.
Changing the Azure Tenant name and elevating access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups requires global administrator permissions.

I can remember that i changed name of this Tenant once, like two years back and it worked OK. As I can see, it is pretty widespread problem...
