I have an ultra wide monitor, at one point randomly I lost the ability to use the windowed mode resolution 2560x1440 for all games Screenshot 2024-08-16 224617.png including the Nvidia control panel Screenshot 2024-08-16 224504.png. I have looked up a lot of stuff, I've tried to use a different port, update windows, update drivers, and more but I still can't fix it. I use a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for your post. Generally speaking, the lack of resolution options is usually caused by the computer's graphics driver not installed or installed incorrectly. Kindly reinstall graphics driver and see if it persists.

    1. Firstly, find the graphics card in [Control Panel] - [Device Manager], and then open the drop-down option to uninstall the driver;
    2. Download the graphics card from official website and restart the computer after installation.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
