Hi @Amy McCarthy ,

one option to monitor Azure resource costs is to use Budgets. This feature offers the option to create different Budget alerts on existing and forecasted costs for Azure resources.

I am not sure if there is a solution for real time cost management. To calculate/summarize and display the costs of Azure resources is always a little delayed. This is for instance because of complexity of the Azure cost structure and the amount of Azure resources to consider in the calculation.
