Trying to migrate to the new phone/Microsoft Authenticator. Old device has backup turned on in Authenticator. Accounts aren't showing in the new device Authenticator. It also has settings the same as the old device. What's the trick to getting them to sync/show up?

Thank you Andreas.... I've done that routine multiple times without success. The only account that shows up on the new device is the syncing account. The other 5 will not show up.

did you follow this important information? -> Important: Select the Begin recovery link before signing in.
If you login before the recovery process it might happen the old backup will be overwrittem.

The link provided helps with if the same operating system was used. But I moved from Android to iOS and I have the same issue.
I have the organizations on my Microsoft account online but cannot get it through to the Authenticator.
Is there any other way to recover these organizations or re-sign in?

as far as I know there is no option for backup/restoring the Authenticator logins between different mobile phone OSs. I think you have to re-setup all accounts on the new phone.

I just redid all the accounts. Nothing was working...
