The letters A,Q, Z, the left Control key, number 1 and some F keys are not working on my laptop. Also no sound is coming from the laptop's speaker. I have tried updating the driver but they are all up to date. Also the laptop is up to date on updates. I don't understand why this is happening a it was just working fine in the morning. Also when i restart the laptop it keeps taking me to Intel Management Engine. I cannot password for this as the keys are not working. Is there any way i xan resolve the issue.

    Hello

Try to use an USB keyboard or the built-in touchkeyboard. There should be an option (the middle one) in the right lower corner and we could open the touch keyboard here.

If the touch keyboard worked, the keyboard of the laptop may have been corrupted.

Anyway, a clean installation may be a quick way to verify this if it is possible.
