Restrict all application except remote desktop

Question

I tried win10 kiosk mode, but it only support app but application, and the app hangs,

I tried local security policy, software policy, it can restict all application, and even local admin, it can not be release even local admin dont has permision right

awful, I have no idea how to allow mstsc only, and not to be locked admin itself

You may try to publish edge and use Rdweb, but in our practice, you cannot download a rdp file from edge.
