Problems with Microsoft Office on Huawei MatePad Air 2023

I recently purchased a Huawei MatePad Air 11.5 2023 and intend to use it as a replacement for my laptop. I have a few questions regarding its setup:

I installed Microsoft Office, but it appears to have limited functionality compared to the desktop version of Word on my laptop. I then tried using the online version of Microsoft Office through the website. After logging in and creating a new Word document, I encountered an issue where the text disappeared when I pressed the space bar. This problem only seems to affect Word; other applications like PowerPoint and Excel seem to work fine.

Hi,

Try to disable hardware graphics acceleration. To do this, perform the following:

1. Open a Microsoft Office app such as Microsoft Office Word, click File > Options > Advanced.
2. Check Disable hardware graphics acceleration under Display and click OK.
