Office Online Server not working with Sharepoint 2019 Kerberos

Question

have Office Online server 2019 and Sharepoint2019 On premise,

Sharepoint has enabled with windows Kerberos and the external will go with ADFS Non Cliams aware relying party going through WAP.

now all the traffic from External routing through Web Application Proxy,

WAP- For Sharepoint2019 Pre-Authentication with ADFS and For Office Online Ser Pass-Through

when i try to open the Documents using sharepoint in Browser it load with office online for sometimes and then it throughs error secure connection failed

I have Wildcard certificates everywhere.

As your issue is complicated and I cannot reproduce your issue in my end, it is hard to go on further troubleshoot.

I suggest you to open a ticket from Microsoft to get better help.

I solved it by adding the Sharepoint web application host pointing to the Proper IP address in the Office online server host file. so this is the DNS Issue.
