Hi Christian,
quick win, you are right, there is no chance to set different billing accouts on tenant level, which renders my idea impossible.
Thank you for your input there, I really appreciate!
Best regards,
Bernd

Hello all,
I do have a scenario, where I would like to sync multiple companies into one single Azure tenant to access M365 services.
I plan to create a subscription for each company, which separates the license purchasing.
As I was not able to find a clear documentation, i would like to know if this is possible, or if there are some caveats in this.
The companies are completely separate, they want to move into the cloud and centralize the management in one tenant.
i would be happy to get some more insights if this is a feasible approach.
Best regards,
Bernd

The different subscriptions will allow you to account for azure resources consumption like VMs, Storage, Databases and to distribute it across different companies.
I think that for licenses you may need to do some manual processing because the licenses exist at tenant level.
