Hi all,
I'm currently deploying a HCI cluster. the first time I deployed it, the network drivers and TPM module were missing. so after fixing those I deleted everythhing and started over again. but this time I have a new error.
This time at the Networking tab, under "Provide intent details" I have the following error
"The selected physical network adapter os not binded to the management virtual switch"
I have already checked on the two nodes, there is no switch, and I believe the error is incorrect, because the deployment of the cluster will create that intent.

2024-08-22T10:36:39.0433333+00:00 I opend a Support case for that, The solution was, to unregister the Node in azure Arc using the follwing Command ->
Remove-AzStackHciArcInitialization -SubscriptionID $Subscription -ResourceGroup $RG -TenantID $Tenant -Cloud AzureCloud -ArmAccessToken $ARMtoken -AccountID $id
Reboot the Hosts and Register it again. This worked for me

2024-08-22T10:38:12.7933333+00:00 I made a Support Case for that, and the solution was to unregister the Hosts with azure Arc and register it again.
to unregister us the following command
Remove-AzStackHciArcInitialization -SubscriptionID $Subscription -ResourceGroup $RG -TenantID $Tenant -Cloud AzureCloud -ArmAccessToken $ARMtoken -AccountID $id
this worked for me

I have a different error now :-) regarding switchname, while I specifically did not chose a switch,...
Type 'InvokeEnvironmentChecker' of Role 'DeploymentService' raised an exception: System.Management.Automation.RuntimeException: Fail to initialize cloud deployment: Cannot validate argument on parameter 'SwitchName'. The argument is null or empty. Provide an argument that is not null or empty, and then try the command again.
