Onenote 2016 / Part of my document I created in 2017 are gone?!

Onenote 2016 version : 16.0.4266.1003
The pages I saved from 2017. July to Dec. were gone of Aug. Sep. Nov when I tried to find them last month on 29th. I checked with hard disc, and every detail I could and I found nothing. I am curious about why the pages I saved successfully and read several times in previous years and sudden gone?! Would you please figure out root cause for me otherwise I wonder if there is any possibly bugs in your product.

My question haven't been answered by Taiwan community over a week and there is no hotline to report and study if there is product issue or other else. I hope to get issue solved because it is thrilled to lose document and feel insure to keep using onenote..

    Generally, if you can't find some of your OneNote notes, it doesn't mean they're gone. Notes can end up in somewhere.

    Have you synced notes in OneNote to OneDrive?

    Please sign in to OneNote online, could you find the lost notes?

    Please try methods in this "Find my lost notes", they may help you find your lost notes.

    Besides, go to File>Info, click Open Backups , and then open the folder and section that contains the lost notes to see if there are your lost notes in it.
