SCOM 2012 R2: Agent not getting discovered

Hi All,

We are unable to discover the Agent in SCOM 2012 R2(Agent managed/Pending management).
Agent OS is 2016.
5723 port is enabled.
added the SCOM group in the Microsoft monitoring agent(case sensitive)
agent event logs we get the below mentioned event ID 20070, 21016 & 20000

kindly assist us on this.

    Are you doing the discovery from the SCOM console? What exactly are you doing?

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly, we've already installed agent, however, we are unable to see the agents in the console, either under Agent Managed or Pending Management, as shown in below example.

    SCOM 2012 R2 does not officially support Windows Server 2016/2019 as monitored agents. Considering to upgrade to SCOM2016 and then to SCOM 2019.

    What errors are on the Operations Manager log on the Azure server?
