I have users that are trying to use the phone verification method. Their VOIP desk phone rings but then there is no audio. Seems odd to me that the call works to their cell phone but dead error on their desk phones. Is there some incompatibility with doing the verification call to voip lines?

Thank you for your reply. This article does not match the symptom. The users get the call at their desk phone, they pick up the line and it is dead air, they don't get the voice recording. All other phone functions work normally. They can receive calls and make calls without issue. The only issue is from the Microsoft system
