Hello,
I've activated my Azure for student license in October, and then I've made an SQL Database for my WebApp (a small tier, basic with 2GB 5 DTu, costs ~4,50$/month). The problem is, that on the Microsoft website is information about 250GB of free space in SQL Databases, but I don't know how to make it free? Unfortunately, I've lost 14$ from my credits.
Can anyone help me with this case? How to create this SQL Database for free?

Yes, I found it. Free SQL database tier is S0 (10 DTU), you can find it in standard section. Please check the below image:
