MBR2GPT cannot find os partition

Question

I am currently trying to LOSSLESSLY convert my MBR disk to a GPT disk but it keeps returning that error. Please keep it simple or include step by step instructions. If you are recommending different software, I need it to be FREE, NOT PAID.
