Browse to to the registry settings for Zoomit at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sysinternals\ZoomIt
Check PenWidth value and change it back to the default value of 3.

I have zoomit 4.52 installed on my pc with Windows 10 2004, but when I open live view, the mouse pointer disappear.

You could use the Live Zoom feature (CTRL + 4)

The cursor issue has been fixed in the version 5.10 of ZoomIt, although it is duplicated.
Stopping zoom sometimes leaves the screen misplaced.
If you use multiple monitors, all of them are zoomed. In Windows 10 it did not happen. I hope it can be fixed.
By the way, I use Windows 11.
