I am trying to open powershell from VBA but getting permission denied error.

Your code looks fine to me. Can you run powershell from the start menu?
Yes i can run powershell from command prompt and menu but when i try to use same in VBA getting this permission denied strange error.
tried all possible combinations but no use.
yes powershell is opening from start menu and cmd as well, only problem is in excel vba

only problem is in excel vba
