Sharepoint metadata

Hi,

I have a site collection and the document metadata is not automatically transferred to the document when it's opened . This affects only Excel and PowerPoint. In Word documents, the metadata is read as soon as it is opened. I have a special button built into Excel and PPT to load them manually . Is there any solution to read Metadata during the opening of the document automatically?

PS: is sharepoint 2013

    What version of office do you use? If you use excel 2016/office 365, then this function will be subject to certain restrictions.

    Currently the most suitable version is to use office 2013.
