Not able to schedule az-900 exam

Hi Team
When i try to schedule exam with my work id, i get a message saying "Please login with a personal account". But when i try personal account the message is "cannot access your dashboard". I have already tried the existing solutions for e.g. clear cache, cookes, Inprivate window etc. Also I have tried instructions from an existing answer "Click on Create New during sign in page and then enter my work mail id". Please check and let me know what needs to be done.
