Personal Vault Files Does Not Open

Question

Guys I'm having a problem with files on the local staff, my computer was with windows 10 not boot anymore, but I can access the files through linux, but I can't copy the files because it is denied permission. I tried to enter the email that is registered but the files are not saved in the cloud.

How can I unlock these files?

If your PC won't start and you haven't created a recovery drive, download installation media and use it to restore from a system restore point or reset your PC.

I would like confirm about your issue.
How did you share your files? Through Sharing folder by right click it and choose Properties\Sharing on Windows. Or it is shared by Network-attached storage, or share through One Drive or other platform?

I noticed you said your computer can't bootup, so what's the behavior when try to boot it? Blue Screen or Black Screen or hardware corruption?
