    Hi,

Thank you for coming Microsoft Q&A.

I have not found any related issue or known issue on 20270 system version.

If issue occur once installed update package, try to uninstall it to check if all issue disappear. If the issue disappeared, try to feedback it through Windows 10 Build-in application "Feedback Hub".

As I noticed you are using insider system version for dev channel, I would recommend to post your thread in Windows Insider Program. You could get more information from that special insider website.

    Bests,

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

If those issue disappear after uninstalled that package, I would suspect those tools might have some compatibility issue with that new update.
Also as you know, insider system version is not a stable system version, issue will be found in that system to push version perfect. So please feedback your issue to Microsoft will help it improve.

    Bests,

    Thanks For Feedback

However, i have resolved the issue, under run- service.msc (command) i found Google Input (non-Microsoft app) is diable so, I turned it on to manual and it starts working before installation of Dev update 20270 it is working fine, but after the update, it's not working.
After these changes under service command, it works well
