I tried running

Set-CASMailbox -Identity xxxx -OneWinNativeOutlookEnabled $false

to disable employee access to New Outlook, but it did not work. According to the Microsoft guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-on-the-web/enable-disable-employee-access-new-outlook#enable-or-disable-the-outlook-desktop-new-outlook-toggle), this command should work. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum! My understanding is that after waiting for a while, the setting will be able to take effect successfully to prohibit employees from accessing New Outlook, right? I am glad that your problem has been solved. If you have any other questions, you can always contact us.
