Hello

I would like to know Microsoft Remote Assist App is available in the Intranet.
My company is willing to install Remote Assist on the company tablet PC to connect the supporters in the office.
But the internet connection is not available in the plant. So we have to use only intranet connection.
In this connection environment, Remote Assist 365 is available to connect someone using MS Teams in the same intranet zone.

    @Hyunsu Lee ,

    Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is a cloud-based service. It must need the Internet.

    As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams, your question which is involved in Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is not included in Teams.

    Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on). I would remove the office-teams-windows-itpro tag and add the not-supported tag.

    For the related questions about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, you can ask in here.
