Issue with Uploading and Finding My Custom App in Microsoft Teams

I'm currently working on a project that involves a Microsoft Bot application, and it works well. Now, I'm trying to upload the package.zip to Microsoft Teams apps. Here are the steps I followed:
Logged in to Microsoft Teams admin.
Clicked on Teams apps, then Manage apps.
Clicked on Actions, then Upload a new app, and uploaded my existing app package.
The upload process was successful, and I can see my app among the other apps. The app is now available to everyone, but when I go to Teams to try to install the app on a new team, I can't find it.
Here’s what I did: I went to the team where I want to install my app, clicked on Manage team, then Apps, and then Get more apps. When I type my app's name, it doesn't show up.
