Completed 483: Programming in C# Exam but did not receive my certificate please help

Question

I have completed my 483: Programming in C# Exam on September 13, 2020 10:20 AM IST but did not receive my certificate. I can see my transcript and badge but unable to see certificate. In exam history I can see one message
"We’re sorry but you missed your check-in window making this exam unavailable for delivery." Please help me on this.
