Hi All,

I'm using Azure AD B2C in my application, and when multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, users receive an email verification code. I would like to customize the content of these emails. Can someone guide me on how to modify the template?

Thanks & Regards

Vijay J

    Hi @Vijay Jupudi

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you want to customize the content of email verification codes in Azure AD B2C.

In order to customize the content of email verification codes within Azure AD B2C, it is necessary to establish a custom policy. By utilizing custom email features in Azure Active Directory B2C (Azure AD B2C), you can dispatch personalized emails to users who register for your applications. Leveraging the third-party email service SendGrid or Mailjet allows you to implement your own email templates, specify the sender's address and subject line, and also facilitates localization and the configuration of custom one-time password (OTP) settings. To customize email verification codes in Azure AD B2C, you may choose SendGrid or Mailjet. Please follow the provided document step by step for guidance.
