Oracle Provider for OLEDB not listing in Data Link Properties

I am newly used my laptop. Earlier i have used PC.
When i used PC, i have installed Oracle 12c and i am able to get Oracle Provider for OLEDB.
The same i have installed in my new laptop Oracle 12c. But, I am not able to get Oracle Provider for OLEDB.
I installed all related components like (ODAC and MSAC components). but, nothing will work out.
It is very difficult, When i select (connect through) OLEDB, i am unable to see this provider in some third party tool.
How to solve this..?
This is important for my new requirements..pls. help..
