Hololens windows defender (firewall)

Hi, I'm developing a HoloLens 2 and I'm Newbie. I wanted to connect PC to HoloLens 2 as a server and client, but I failed (I used Unity C#).

The laptop-to-PC connection was successful, but it always fails when I try to connect HoloLens to PC. I think it's because of Firewall. However, the official document says there is no way to turn off firewall. Some texts say using Intune can have similar effects, but I don't even know how to use it.

I really want to turn off the firewall of Hololens 2. Please help, thank you.

As you've known,

With HoloLens 2, the firewall is always enabled, and there's no way to disable it, either programmatically or through the UI.
