Our websites keep going down.

Question

Hi. I am not an expert. Our websites have been going down the past few months. When it hangs, you can't even get the PHP info page outside of WordPress. And why is it just on Azure and not on Linode? We need help because our IT can't figure it out. Thank you.

Well if you have indexed your site on Google, then it's not easy to rank consistently.
