Unable to access Site Settings on SharePoint 2019

Question

I'm currently setting up SharePoint 2019 but am receiving multiple errors along the way. I can't even reach Site Settings where some of these have recommendations to access to make the changes. I am showing that my administrator/privileged account is set as a Local Admin in computer management on the Sharepoint server.

When I try to resolve "The server farm account show not be used for other services" and I click on the link to go to FarmCredentialManagement.aspx it says the following:

What can I do to fix this?

Hi @Amanda Berry,

If you run SharePoint central administration as administrator, could you access that page?

By the way, if you encounter this error in Edge or Chrome, switch to IE and run CA as administrator.
