Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Confirm if there’s an outage or issue with your email service provider (e.g., Office 365, Gmail). Check SMTP server settings, port numbers, and authentication credentials in your email client. Verify if your email account is active and properly configured. Check for any account restrictions or suspension. Ensure your email client or application is correctly configured and up to date. Look for any error messages or codes when attempting to send emails and search for those specific errors. Try sending an email from a different account or client to determine if the issue is specific to one account or more widespread. Ensure that your email or network firewall settings are not blocking outgoing emails.

    Hi @Umesh Joshi,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with sending emails. Let's try to troubleshoot this problem. Here are a few steps you can follow:

    1. Check Internet Connection:
    • Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
    • Try browsing a website to confirm connectivity.
    1. Email Client/Application Issues:
    • Restart your email client or application.
    • Log out and log back into your email account.
    • Ensure your email client/application is up to date.
    1. Server Issues:
    • Sometimes email servers can be down. Check if there are any reported outages with your email service provider.
    1. Email Configuration:
    • Verify your email account settings (SMTP server, port number, etc.).
    • Ensure authentication is correctly set up.
    1. Browser Issues (if using webmail):
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try using a different browser.
    1. Firewall/Antivirus Settings:
    • Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking your email client.
    1. Attachment Issues:
    • Ensure attachments are not too large and are in an acceptable format.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, providing more details about the problem (such as any error messages you're receiving) might help narrow down the cause.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.

    Best,

    Jake Zhang
