Azure subscription owner/admin left the company, now unable to add another admin or users

The person who was the admin for our Azure subscription has left the company without adding a backup admin. We are unable to modify access to this subscription and are also unable to create a support ticket as I was not given the proper role by the admin to do so.

How can we regain management access to our subscription?

    Hi I have the same issue, Im taking over all IT operations for a company and the current admin had left without leaving any credentials, how am I to submit a ticket if I dont have the permissions too
