Difficulty Accessing Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certificate

Question

Greetings,

I completed the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900 on 17/05/2024, with a certificate ID: 995142082 on the ESI platform.

However, I cannot view my comprehensive Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate in my profile despite following the procedures for sharing certification credentials. The best I can find is a list of achievements where I can print certificates for individual topics, but not the full Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can access and share my certification?

The Certifications tab has been relocated under Credentials. You can access your Certifications tab directly via the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

Under each certification, select "View certification details," then click the Print button above your certificate. Choose "Save as PDF" and, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.   Pearson VUE Support:
