setting up a different signature for internal external messages in outlook desktop

I would like to have a different signature go with external emails and a different signature for emails to internal people

As i know, there's no such built-in feature in Outlook to achieve your requirement. I'm afraid that we need to add the signature to with external and internal emails manually.
