Unless your recycling bin was updated to allow taking up that much space then it is too large to store so it was deleted. Once a file is deleted then it is gone.
There is an incredibly off chance that the space the file took up on disk hasn't been reused yet so a file recovery tool make be able to restore it but honestly it is highly unlikely unless the disk you stored the file on is rarely used.
You'll need to redownload the file.
As a Public Service Announcement, you mentioned using torrent to download a game. This generally indicates you're downloading something illegally. If you are downloading a game illegally then I'm going to encourage you to purchase it legally. You're stealing from a company and the people who spent their time writing it. Depending on the game you could also get banned by the publisher/developer. If you are downloading something legally then you can ignore this.
