.PST file is creating multiple versions in one drive and due to this one drive is getting full.

Hi,

I suggest you try this method exclude .PST Files from Syncing:

1. Right-clicking the OneDrive icon in the system tray.
2. Selecting “Settings” > “Account” > “Choose folders”.
3. Unchecking the folder containing the .PST file.

Are you experiencing this problem while saving your Outlook .pst file to OneDrive?

As far as I know, it is not recommended to back up .pst files in OneDrive because .pst files can take up a lot of space and backup .pst files can also get corrupted in the cloud.

When you want to copy on the cloud, I recommend manually copying the PST in the OneDrive folder. This will result in a copy in the folder in OneDrive for backup purposes and a copy in the Outlook client that can be kept open through Outlook.
