Issue running Bicep DevOps Deployment Pipeline using windows self hosted agent.

Hi Team,

Just wondering if someone can shade some light as I am out of option.

I have created a Windows Self-Hosted DevOps agent and trying to use it to run Bicep templates. I can run the bicep template directly from the Self-Hosted VM itself. However, when trying to run this using DevOps pipeline I run into follow error "

##[error]Cannot retrieve the dynamic parameters for the cmdlet. Cannot find Bicep. Please add Bicep to your PATH or visit https://aka.ms/bicep-install to install Bicep.

"

If I run the same template and SP using Azure Hosted Agent, there is no issue.

I have installed following on the self hosted VM.

Any direction or help would be highly appreciated.
