How can I finish transition of classic admin roles to an Azure RBAC?

Is there any step by step instructions that I can follow to finish this process?

    Below are the steps to complete the process depending on the role

    • Review your current Co-Administrators
    • Remove Co-Administrators that no longer need access
    • Replace existing Co-Administrators with job function roles
